The family behind the floors
Est. 2001 · Montrose Rd
Flooring with integrity
Giacomo “Jack” Astorino started on the tools as a flooring installer, working alongside his wife Liliana. In 2011 the family opened the showroom on Montrose Road, and the door hasn’t stopped swinging since.
Jack is a qualified installer with training and endorsements from flooring manufacturers, and he holds every job to the same standard — treat the customer’s home as if it were his own. Alongside him, the in-house team covers interior design and décor, so the floor is never the only thing that comes together.

Common questions
Answers before you askDo you charge for estimates?
No — in-home estimates are free. We take precise measurements and project details at your home, then email your quote, typically within a week of your inquiry.
Where is the showroom, and when are you open?
4424 Montrose Rd, Niagara Falls, ON L2H 1K2. Open Monday to Saturday 10am–5pm; closed Sunday.
Do you remove my old flooring?
Yes. Removal of old flooring is part of the job — from selection to on-site measurement, tear-out and skilled installation, we handle every step.
Which carpet brands do you carry?
We carry Shaw, Beaulieu, Dream Weaver and Anderson Tuftex carpet, alongside our hardwood, laminate, vinyl and tile ranges — all on display in the showroom.
How should I care for a new hardwood floor?
Sweep or vacuum regularly, and use a microfiber mop with a proper hardwood cleaner, mopping along the grain. Skip water-and-vinegar mixes — they dull the finish over time.
Do you offer interior design help?
Yes — our in-house designer offers consultations, plus décor and lighting, so your new floor fits a finished room.
